欢迎来到 Diversity and Equity Initiatives for the University of North Alabama. My name is Minnette Ellis and it is an honor and privilege to serve the campus community as the Chief Diversity Officer.
We serve the campus community through DEI education, advising and training, and university-wide programming. This site is both reflective and forward-facing as it relates to our campus diversity efforts and will hopefully serve as an informational tool, while also providing insight into the future of DEI at the University of North Alabama.
We hope to cr吃e an environment at UNA where all students, especially those of marginalized communities, are respected, 有价值的, and celebrated. We want to share resources that support students, contribute to cr吃ing spaces that foster a sense of community on campus, and empower students in their everyday lives during their time at UNA and beyond.
